This Platform is a healthcare information directory that enables hospitals, clinics, and independent medical practitioners (“Providers”) to list their profiles, facilities, and pricing information for informational purposes.
By accessing or using this Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of Services :
2.1 The Platform is a listing and information service only.
2.2 We do not ;
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Facilitate online appointment bookings, connect patients and doctors, arrange online audio or video consultations using WhatsApp and Google meet. Consultation fee will be paid by the patients at the hospitals or clinics.
2.3 The Platform does not endorse or recommend any particular healthcare provider. Its the decision of the patient to select the freelance doctor, hospital or a clinic of their choice.
3. Eligibility
Patient must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment of a doctor.
4. Healthcare Provider Listings (Hospitals / Clinics / Freelance Doctors)
4.1 We create and manage the profiles of the hospitals, clinics and freelance doctors on the platform based on the documents and information provided by the healthcare providers.
4.2 By listing on the Platform, healthcare providers agree that:
- All the information provided or the documents shared with the platform ( licenses, registrations, facilities, pricing, images, credentials, treatment information ) is true, accurate and updated. All the licenses and registrations have to be renewed on time by the healthcare provider as per the law.
- They have the legal right to publish such information on their platform and social networking sites.
- They comply with all applicable medical, ethical, and regulatory laws
4.3 Healthcare providers are solely responsible for:
- Patient care and outcomes of the treatment.
- Accuracy of displayed information.
- Any disputes with the patients on the outcome of the treatment or any other issues the healthcare provider is completely liable for the same and platform does not bear any responsibility as the platform just connects the patients and the healthcare provider and does not treat or involve in the treatment of the patient.
4.4 The Platform reserves the right to:
- Approve, reject, or remove listings if any wrong information is provided or if any wrong treatment or outcome to the patient without any refund of the amount paid by the healthcare provider.
- Modify listing visibility or ranking. - We do not assure or commit on any views to your brand profile page. As its the choice of the patient to decide and select the healthcare provider of their choice. We are a healthcare technology platform. We create a brand profile page for your hospital, clinic or individual freelance doctor profile page and share it with you. You can share the brand profile page link to your existing patients and also on social networking sites, patients can click on the link and book your appointment for offline or online consultations. Patients directly pay you the consultation fee. All the healthcare providers have to file their IT returns and pay the taxes as per law and we do not involve in your taxation.
5. User Responsibilities (Patients / Visitors)
5.1 Users agree that:
- Information on the Platform is for general informational purposes only.
- They will independently verify healthcare Provider details before availing their services.
5.2 Users must not:
- Misuse the Platform
- Post false, harmful, or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access
6. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of this Platform does not create any doctor-patient relationship between the Platform and the User or between the Platform and any healthcare Provider. All the healthcare providers listed on the website work independently and are not associated with our company directly, as they are not our employees or partners. Healthcare providers take the complete responsibility of the outcome of the treatment provided to their respective patient. We do not recommend any hospital, clinic or a freelance doctor, its the choice of the patient to select and book the appointment through the platform we are not responsible for any amount paid to the healthcare provider or loss or damage or wrong treatment or loss of life of the patient. We only connect the patients and the healthcare providers and we only provide a tech platform to connect.
7. Pricing & Subscription
7.1 Healthcare Providers i.e. hospitals or clinics or freelance doctors subscribe with our platform and pay a platform yearly fee for the brand profile page. They can share the brand profile page link with their existing patients and also on their social networking sites, through which patients can directly book your appointment and pay the consultation fee directly to you. We do not promise on the number of views to your profile page.
7.2 Subscription fee or platform fee :
- Subscription fees once paid by the hospital or clinic or a freelance doctor to the platform is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- All the fees will be subject to applicable taxes (including GST, if applicable)
7.3 The Platform reserves the right to:
- Modify subscription or service fee at any time, change features of plans or services or delete the brand profile page without any prior information to the respective healthcare provider with out any full or partial refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Platform is owned by the Platform.
8.2 Healthcare providers grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote their content (images, descriptions, etc.) for platform operations and marketing.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Platform shall not be liable for:
- Medical negligence or any malpractice of the healthcare provider
- Incorrect or outdated information provided by healthcare provider
- Any loss, injury or damage arising from use of the Platform, its the respective healthcare provider`s responsibility.
9.2 The Platform provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
10. Indemnification
Users and healthcare providers agree to indemnify the Platform from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of the Platform
- Violation of the terms
- Any disputes between Users and healthcare providers or any dispute between patients and the healthcare provider.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
11.1 The Platform processes data in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
11.2 The Platform does not share personal data without consent, except as required by law.
12. Third-Party Links or cookies ;
The Platform may contain links or cookies of third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. If any person clicks their link and if your data is leaked through third-party websites or apps, platform is not responsible.
13. Suspension & Termination
13.1 The Platform may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For unlawful reasons
13.2 Healthcare providers may lose access to the platform without any refund in case of any violation of law or terms mentioned above.
14. Modifications to Terms
Platform reserve the complete right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms by the users and also by the healthcare providers.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts only in [ Hyderabad, Telangana ].
16. Acknowledgement
By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
